Meet Bonnie

Counsellor and Mental Health Social Worker

BHS, MSW, AASW - MHSW

Bonnie is a an AASW registered social worker who specialises in mental health. She has worked in the community services sector for over a decade, and has achieved a Masters in Social Work, and a Bachelor of Human Services degree. She has been working in the community services sector for over a decade, providing support to teenagers, young adults, individuals, parents/carers and families. She also has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults who have lived experience of trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Bonnie acknowledges the trust and vulnerability required for engaging in counselling, and believes in the importance of building trusting therapeutic relationships that are
open, compassionate and non-judgemental. Bonnie utilises a range of different approaches in practice, tailored to your needs. Her holistic and strength based approach recognises that everyone has their own strengths and resources, and takes time to see the whole person.

Meet Chardonnay

Chardonnay brings over ten years of dedicated experience in the community services sector, working with children, youth, families, and individuals in times of vulnerability and need. With a background spanning neurodivergence, homelessness, family violence, and child and youth services, she has supported people through some of life’s most challenging experiences and approaches every person with warmth, respect, and an unwavering commitment to being trauma-informed. Her work with children, adolescents, and young adults has focused on supporting those affected by trauma, anxiety and depression. Chardonnay understands the deep trust and vulnerability involved in seeking help and she places great importance on building safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental relationships. Chardonnay adapts her therapeutic approach to each individual’s needs, using a variety of modalities. Her holistic approach focuses on recognising the unique strengths and potential of each person, helping them to navigate the different layers of their lives and move toward healing and growth. With Chardonnay, you’ll find someone who listens deeply, supports gently, and works with you at your own pace with kindness and care.

Meet Jade

Registered Counsellor

M.Couns, ACA L2, GradCert (MHP), Dip.Comm.Serv, Dip.Case.Mgt

Jade is an ACA L2 accredited and experienced counsellor who has her Master's of Counselling degree completed at the University of Canberra. She also holds a Post-Graduate certificate in mental health practice from Griffith University and has been working within the community service sector for over a decade, bringing a wealth of experience to her practice. With a passion for social justice and advocacy for change, Jade has worked in a variety of roles supporting people through mental health, out-of-home care, school refusal, complex trauma, family violence, neurodiversity, and homelessness. Jade incorporates a range of holistic therapeutic approaches into her practice, both traditional and modern. Jade wholeheartedly believes that there is space for you to come to therapy as you are, and will embrace you as your authentic self. She is committed to providing safety, building trust, and approaching clients with gentleness, curiosity, and a focus on their strengths.

Meet Kellie

Counsellor

BSS (Social Welfare), Dip CS, Grad Dip Couns - ACA - SM

Kellie is a counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, and families across both community and education settings. She holds qualifications in social science (welfare), counselling, child development, and disability support, and is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Counselling.

Throughout her career, Kellie has worked in a range of roles, including early childhood intervention and school-based counselling, as well as supporting individuals with diverse abilities and complex needs. She is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents aged 3 to 18, offering developmentally appropriate and emotionally attuned support to help them navigate life’s challenges.

Kellie’s approach is warm, person-centred, and grounded in trauma-informed, non-judgmental practice. She draws from a range of evidence-informed therapeutic modalities and adapts her work to suit each child or young person’s unique circumstances, cultural background, and personal story. With a strong belief in the power of connection, Kellie values building trusting, respectful relationships that honour each person’s strengths, voice, and potential.

She is deeply committed to creating a calm, safe, and supportive space where children and young people feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.

Meet Joe

B.Psych.Sc, M.Couns, ACA L2

As a qualified counsellor with a Masters in Counselling and previous studies in Psychology, Joe brings a warm, personalised care to individuals and families in the Albury region. Joe provides an empathetic, intuitive and analytical approach and draws on both professional expertise and deep commitment to supporting people through life’s most challenging areas. Specialising in the areas of
trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity and helping others find meaning and purpose in life. Joe brings a range of experience, having worked a number of years supporting young people and families to overcome challenges and discover their authentic selves, building understanding, resilience, and practical coping strategies. Taking a holistic, person-centred approach, Joe is able to
tailor therapy to the unique needs, values, and goals of each client. Whether you’re navigating loss, seeking deeper meaning and purpose, or managing the day-to-day realities of anxiety or neurodivergence, Joe will work alongside you with compassion and respect.

Meet Phil

Counsellor, Therapudic Mentor, Clinical DeBreifing

AHPRA, PACFA - SM (MCouns - Currently Completing)

Phil provides individual counselling, clinical debriefing, and crisis support for adolescents, adults, and frontline professionals. He works in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred way—helping clients manage anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

With a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and currently completing his Master of Counselling, Phil combines academic expertise with over 18 years of experience as a frontline paramedic. This unique blend allows him to offer deep empathy, practical strategies, and an understanding of the pressures faced in high-stress roles.

Phil has a special interest in men’s mental health and supporting first responders, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported toward recovery and resilience.
