Albury Wodonga Counselling and Therapies is not a walk-in clinic. For all appointments, please make a booking.
Each session will run for 50 - 60 minutes. For individuals who are participating in art therapy, all items and equipment that is used within the session is included without incurring any extra costs.
*Please note that NDIS services will incur an extra $3.99 administration fee
Referrals
You do not need to have a referral in order to make an appointment.
If you would like to claim your sessions as part of an NDIS package a service agreement will be required.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without occurring any fees. This policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another client who may be on a cancellation or waiting list for an appointment. In the event that less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or a scheduled appointment is not attended, the consultation fee may be charged unless there are extenuating circumstances.
