NDIS Capacity Building Support helps individuals with disabilities develop skills, confidence, and independence. Tailored to your NDIS goals, this support empowers you to manage daily life, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal outcomes.

Child Counselling

Ages 4-12

Personalised counselling developed with the child’s interests and goals at heart, in
collaboration with the parents or carers.
This service is delivered in person, with exceptions considered upon request.

Carer Support & Counselling

All Ages | Carer Gateway

Carer Support and Counselling offers emotional guidance and practical support for
those caring for others—whether in foster, kinship, illness, or aged care roles. It

helps carers manage stress, build resilience, and maintain their own mental health
and wellbeing.

Adolescent Counselling

Ages 13 - 18

Activity and interest focused therapy based upon the client’s goals.
This service is delivered in-person, with outdoor “walk and talk,” or phone/video
conferencing also available.

Men's Mental Health Counselling

All Ages

Men's mental health counselling provides a supportive, confidential space for men to explore emotions, manage stress, and address challenges like anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, empowering healthier coping strategies and personal growth.

Art Therapy

All Ages

Art therapy is a creative, therapeutic process that uses art-making to explore emotions, reduce stress, and support healing. It’s a gentle, non-verbal approach suitable for all ages to promote self-expression and wellbeing.

EFT Tapping

EFT Tapping is a holistic technique that helps release emotional blockages and reduce stress and address concerns by gently tapping on specific points of the body while focusing on emotions or challenges. This service is delivered in person.

Frontline Services Crisis Debriefing & Tauma Mitigation Support

Frontline services crisis debriefing and trauma mitigation support providesimmediate, confidential assistance to emergency personnel after critical incidents. It helps process trauma, reduce stress, and promote psychological recovery—supporting the mental wellbeing and resilience of those working in high-pressure environments.

Functional Capacity Assessments

A Functional Capacity Assessment evaluates an individual’s ability to manage daily activities across key life areas. It helps identify strengths, challenges, and support needs—often used to inform NDIS planning or therapeutic interventions.

Perinatal Counselling

Women | Mothers

One on one counselling to work through all of the experiences and emotions
motherhood brings. This service is delivered in person, with video and phone conferencing available.

Specialised Training and Workshops-

Specialised Training and Workshops are tailored therapeutic programs designed to
upskill individuals or teams. Custom-built to your needs, these sessions enhance
staff knowledge, wellbeing, and capacity in mental health, communication, resilience,
and client-focused care.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused
therapy that helps individuals process and heal from distressing memories. Using
guided eye movements, EMDR reduces emotional intensity and supports recovery
from PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related conditions.

Group Work
Children | Adults

Each group consists of up to eight members, with a specific age group and overall focus in common. Group work will run in 1 - 2 hour sessions, over (number of) consecutive weeks.

Positive Male Mentoring

Children | Adolecents

Positive male adolescent mentoring supports young men through guidance,encouragement, and healthy role modelling. It fosters resilience, confidence, andemotional wellbeing while helping teens navigate challenges, build life skills, andform strong personal values.
